Aculabs Facility

East Brunswick, NJ

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services at the Aculabs facility located in East Brunswick, NJ. Our projects included: expansion of the existing third floor laboratory space; plumbing feasibility study for an expansion of the Micro Lab; and existing conditions evaluation of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for a potential purchaser of an office building. The proposed use was to be a combination of office space and laboratory space for medical testing.
